Shipping Times

Estimated delivery time is typically 7–15 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, fulfillment conditions, and other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after it is issued.

Free Shipping

We currently offer free shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. TryPurelyWell is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Delayed Orders

We do our best to ship orders within the estimated timeframe. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you with an update. If your order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, you may be offered the choice to continue waiting or receive a refund, depending on the status of the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item or packaging.

TryPurelyWell is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing or stolen. However, we will do our best to help you investigate the issue with the carrier.

International Shipping

At this time, shipping availability may vary by country. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their local government. These fees are not included in the product price unless stated otherwise at checkout.
